[108] At Sāvatthī. There indeed … the Blessed One uttered this inspired utterance (udāna): "'It might not be, and it might not be mine; it will not be, and it will not be for me' — being liberated thus, a bhikkhu would cut the fetters (saṃyojana) that pertain to the lower world."
