[30] At Sāvatthī. There … [flag: Pali elides with ฯเปฯ] "Bhikkhus, apply yourselves to seclusion (paṭisallāna). Bhikkhus, a bhikkhu who is secluded understands as it really is (yathābhūta). And what does he understand as it really is? The origin and passing away (atthaṅgama) of form (rūpa), the origin and passing away of feeling (vedanā), the origin and passing away of perception (saññā), the origin and passing away of volitional formations (saṅkhārā), and the origin and passing away of consciousness (viññāṇa)."
