[363] "What do you think, bhikkhus—is form permanent or impermanent?" "Impermanent, venerable sir." "But that which is impermanent … could fetters, adherence, bondage, and holding arise without clinging to that?" "Certainly not, venerable sir." "Seeing thus … he understands: '… there is no more coming back to this state of being.'"
