Chandarāgasutta

[54] At Sāvatthī. There indeed … Bhikkhus, I will teach you the dhammas that should be fully understood (pariññeyyā dhammā), and full understanding (pariññā). Listen to that. And what, bhikkhus, are the dhammas that should be fully understood? Form (rūpa), bhikkhus, is a dhamma that should be fully understood; feeling (vedanā) is a dhamma that should be fully understood; perception (saññā) is a dhamma that should be fully understood; volitional formations (saṅkhārā) are a dhamma that should be fully understood; consciousness (viññāṇa) is a dhamma that should be fully understood. These, bhikkhus, are called the dhammas that should be fully understood.
