[395] Bhikkhus, just as various winds blow in the sky: winds from the east blow, winds from the west blow, winds from the north blow, winds from the south blow, dusty winds blow, dustless winds blow, cold winds blow, hot winds blow, mild winds blow, and strong winds blow — even so, bhikkhus, various feelings (vedanā) arise in this body: pleasant feeling arises, painful feeling arises, and neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling arises.
