[542] Then, when that night had passed, in the morning the elder bhikkhus dressed, took their bowls and robes, and approached the residence of Citta the householder; having approached, they sat down on the seats that had been prepared. Then Citta the householder approached the elder bhikkhus; having approached, he paid homage to the elder bhikkhus and sat down to one side. Sitting to one side, Citta the householder said this to the venerable elder: "Venerable elder, it is said, 'diversity of elements, diversity of elements (dhātunānatta).' In what way, venerable sir, has the diversity of elements (dhātu) been spoken of by the Blessed One?"
