[556] Now on that occasion the Venerable Mahaka was the most junior of all in that Saṅgha of bhikkhus. Then the Venerable Mahaka said this to the venerable elder: "It would be good indeed, venerable sir, if a cool wind were to blow, if there were a covering of clouds, and if the sky were to rain down drop by drop." "It would be good indeed, friend Mahaka, if a cool wind were to blow, if there were a covering of clouds, and if the sky were to rain down drop by drop." Then the Venerable Mahaka performed a feat of psychic power (iddhābhisaṅkhāra) of such a kind that a cool wind blew, there was a covering of clouds, and the sky rained down drop by drop.
