[1120] "'This is the basis for spiritual power (iddhipāda) endowed with concentration (samādhi) due to energy and volitional formations of striving (vīriyasamādhipadhānasaṅkhāra)': thus, bhikkhus, in regard to dhammas unheard before, there arose in me vision (cakkhu), there arose knowledge (ñāṇa), there arose wisdom (paññā), there arose true knowledge (vijjā), there arose light (āloka). 'This very basis for spiritual power endowed with concentration due to energy and volitional formations of striving is to be developed': thus, bhikkhus … 'It has been developed': thus, bhikkhus, in regard to dhammas unheard before, there arose in me vision, there arose knowledge, there arose wisdom, there arose true knowledge, there arose light.
