[1122] "'This is the basis for spiritual power (iddhipāda) endowed with concentration (samādhi) due to inquiry (vīmaṃsā) and volitional formations of striving (padhānasaṅkhāra)': thus, bhikkhus, in regard to dhammas unheard of before, there arose in me vision (cakkhu), there arose knowledge (ñāṇa), there arose wisdom (paññā), there arose true knowledge (vijjā), there arose light (āloka).
"'That very basis for spiritual power endowed with concentration due to inquiry and volitional formations of striving is to be developed': thus for me, bhikkhus … 'It has been developed': thus, bhikkhus, in regard to dhammas unheard of before, there arose in me vision, there arose knowledge, there arose wisdom, there arose true knowledge, there arose light."
