[1135] Then the Blessed One, having understood the meaning of this, on that occasion uttered this inspired utterance:
Weighing the comparable and the incomparable becoming,
the sage relinquished the formation of existence;
delighting inwardly, concentrated (samādhi),
he broke, like a coat of armor, the origination of self.
