[1166] [Uṇṇābha:] "That being so, Master Ānanda, it is something still existent, not non-existent. That one will abandon desire (chanda) by means of desire itself — this is impossible." [Ānanda:] "Well then, brahmin, I shall question you in return on this very point; you may answer it as seems fitting to you."
