[1281] On one occasion the Venerable Anuruddha and the Venerable Sāriputta were dwelling near Vesālī, in Ambapāli's Grove. Then, in the evening, the Venerable Sāriputta, having emerged from seclusion (paṭisallāna) … Sitting to one side, the Venerable Sāriputta said this to the Venerable Anuruddha: "Friend Anuruddha, your faculties (indriya) are serene; the complexion of your face is pure and bright. In what dwelling (vihāra) does the Venerable Anuruddha now mostly dwell?"
