Padīpopamasutta

[1338] Therefore, bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "May I, with the subsiding of thought and examination (vitakka-vicāra), enter and dwell in the second jhāna, which has internal confidence and unification of mind, is without thought, without examination, and has rapture (pīti) and pleasure born of concentration (samādhi)" — then this very concentration through mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) should be carefully attended to.
