[1341] Therefore, bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "With the complete transcending of perceptions of form (rūpasaññā), with the passing away of perceptions of sensory impingement (paṭighasaññā), with non-attention to perceptions of diversity (nānattasaññā), [aware that] 'space is infinite,' may I enter and dwell in the base of the infinity of space (ākāsānañcāyatana)"—then this very concentration (samādhi) by mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) should be carefully attended to.
