Padīpopamasutta

[1340] Therefore, bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "With the abandoning of pleasure and the abandoning of pain (dukkha), and with the previous passing away of joy and grief, may I enter and dwell in the fourth jhāna, which is neither painful nor pleasant and has purity of mindfulness (sati) by equanimity (upekkhā)" — then this very concentration (samādhi) of mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) should be carefully attended to.
