[1477] "Kakuṭa the lay follower (upāsaka), Ānanda, who has died, with the utter destruction of the five lower fetters (saṃyojana), has arisen spontaneously (opapātika), an attainer of final Nibbāna there, not subject to returning from that world. Kaḷibha, Ānanda … Danikaddha, Ānanda … Kaṭissaha, Ānanda … Tuṭṭha, Ānanda … Santuṭṭha, Ānanda … Bhadda, Ānanda … Subhadda the lay follower, Ānanda, who has died, with the utter destruction of the five lower fetters, has arisen spontaneously, an attainer of final Nibbāna there, not subject to returning from that world." (All are to be treated as having the same destination.)
