[1710] On one occasion a number of elder bhikkhus were dwelling among the Cetiyas at Sahajaniya. Now on that occasion, when the elder bhikkhus had returned from their alms round after the meal and were sitting gathered together in the circular pavilion, this conversation arose among them: "Friends, does one who sees suffering (dukkha) also see the origin of suffering, also see the cessation of suffering, and also see the way of practice leading to the cessation of suffering?"
