[328] "Bhikkhus, it is for the direct knowledge (abhiññā) of these three feelings (vedanā), for their full understanding (pariññā), for their utter destruction (parikkhaya), for their abandoning (pahāna) … that this Noble Eightfold Path (ariyo aṭṭhaṅgiko maggo) should be developed."
