[432] Bhikkhus, in whomsoever these seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga) have been missed, by them the noble path (magga) leading rightly to the destruction of suffering (dukkha) has been missed. Bhikkhus, in whomsoever these seven factors of awakening have been undertaken, by them the noble path leading rightly to the destruction of suffering has been undertaken.
