[509] "Bhikkhu, it is because the seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga) have not been developed and have not been cultivated that one is called 'one of weak wisdom, a dullard (duppañño eḷamūgo).' Which seven? The awakening factor of mindfulness … the awakening factor of equanimity. Bhikkhu, it is because these seven factors of awakening have not been developed and have not been cultivated that one is called 'one of weak wisdom, a dullard.'"
