[510] At Sāvatthī. "Venerable sir, it is said: 'One of wisdom, not dull-witted (paññavā aneḷamūgo); one of wisdom, not dull-witted.' In what way, venerable sir, is one called 'one of wisdom, not dull-witted'?"
