[550] "Then, venerable sir, we neither approved of nor rejected the statement of those wanderers of other sects (aññatitthiyā paribbājakā). Without approving and without rejecting, we rose from our seats and departed, thinking: 'We shall come to understand the meaning of this statement in the presence of the Blessed One.'"
