[629] "There is, Prince, a cause (hetu), there is a condition (paccaya) for not knowing (aññāṇa) and not seeing; not knowing and not seeing arise with a cause, with a condition. There is, Prince, a cause, there is a condition for knowledge (ñāṇa) and vision; knowledge and vision arise with a cause, with a condition."
