[631] "Prince, on whatever occasion one dwells with a mind obsessed by sensual lust (kāmarāga), overwhelmed by sensual lust, and one does not understand and does not see, as it really is (yathābhūta), the escape from arisen sensual lust — this too, prince, is a cause, this is a condition, for not knowing and not seeing. In this way, too, not knowing and not seeing have a cause, have a condition."
