[736] "What do you think, Ānanda: when Sāriputta attained final Nibbāna, did he take away the aggregate of virtue (sīlakkhandha), or did he take away the aggregate of concentration (samādhikkhandha), or did he take away the aggregate of wisdom (paññākkhandha), or did he take away the aggregate of liberation (vimuttikkhandha), or did he take away the aggregate of the knowledge (ñāṇa) and vision of liberation (vimuttiñāṇadassanakkhandha)?"
"No, venerable sir; when the Venerable Sāriputta attained final Nibbāna, he did not take away my aggregate of virtue … nor did he take away my aggregate of the knowledge and vision of liberation. But rather, venerable sir, the Venerable Sāriputta was for me an advisor and an instructor, one who showed, exhorted, inspired, and gladdened, unwearying in teaching the Dhamma, a helper of his companions in the holy life. We recollect that nourishment of the Dhamma, that wealth of the Dhamma, that assistance through the Dhamma, of the Venerable Sāriputta."
