Parihānasutta

[773] On one occasion the Venerable Ānanda and the Venerable Bhadda were dwelling at Pāṭaliputta, in the Kukkuṭārāma. Then, in the evening, the Venerable Bhadda emerged from seclusion and approached the Venerable Ānanda; having approached, he exchanged greetings with the Venerable Ānanda, and when the courteous and amiable talk was concluded, he sat down to one side. Seated to one side, the Venerable Bhadda said this to the Venerable Ānanda:
