[930] And what, bhikkhus, is the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya)? Whatever, bhikkhus, is felt, whether bodily or mental, that is neither agreeable nor disagreeable — this, bhikkhus, is called the equanimity faculty. These, bhikkhus, are the five faculties (pañcindriyāni).
