[981] Just so, bhikkhus: that which is the faculty of faith (saddhindriya) is the power of faith (saddhābala), and that which is the power of faith is the faculty of faith; that which is the faculty of energy (vīriyindriya) is the power of energy (vīriyabala), and that which is the power of energy is the faculty of energy; that which is the faculty of mindfulness (satindriya) is the power of mindfulness (satibala), and that which is the power of mindfulness is the faculty of mindfulness; that which is the faculty of concentration (samādhindriya) is the power of concentration (samādhibala), and that which is the power of concentration is the faculty of concentration; that which is the faculty of wisdom (paññindriya) is the power of wisdom (paññābala), and that which is the power of wisdom is the faculty of wisdom.
