[107] When it is money (rūpiya) and he perceives it as money, and he accepts money, it is to be forfeited, entailing an offense of expiation (nissaggiya pācittiya). When it is money and he is in doubt, and he accepts money, it is to be forfeited, entailing an offense of expiation. When it is money and he perceives it as not money, and he accepts money, it is to be forfeited, entailing an offense of expiation. When it is not money and he perceives it as money, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When it is not money and he is in doubt, there is an offense of wrong-doing. When it is not money and he perceives it as not money, there is no offense.
