[116] There is no offense (anāpatti): if he asks the price; if he informs an attendant who makes things allowable (kappiyakāraka), saying, "We have this, and we have need of this and this"; if he is insane (ummattaka); if he is the first offender (ādikammika). The tenth training rule is finished. [3] The Kosiya Chapter, the second, [is finished]. # [1] In the M. and Yu. editions, "parivattehi" appears throughout. [2] M. and Yu.: "vikkayitañca." # [3] M.: "The training rule on buying and selling, the tenth, is finished."
