[24] A threshing floor (dhaññakaraṇa) belonging to a single family that is enclosed: having deposited the robe within the threshing floor, one should stay within the threshing floor. If it is unenclosed, one should not go beyond arm's reach (hatthapāsa). A threshing floor belonging to several families that is enclosed: having deposited the robe within the threshing floor, one should stay either at the entrance-way or not go beyond arm's reach. If it is unenclosed, one should not go beyond arm's reach.
