[293] There is no offense: if he stays two or three nights; if he stays less than two or three nights; if, having stayed two nights, he departs before dawn on the third night and then stays again; in a place entirely roofed but entirely unwalled; in a place entirely walled but entirely unroofed; in a place mostly unroofed; in a place mostly unwalled; if, when the one not fully ordained (anupasampanna) is lying down, the bhikkhu sits; if, when the bhikkhu is lying down, the one not fully ordained sits; or if both sit; if he is mad; if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
