[340] **"Should inform" (āroceyya)** means: for one who says to a person not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "The bhikkhu on whose account you gave a dwelling (vihāra) — gave robes, almsfood, lodging, or medicinal requisites for the sick — that bhikkhu attained the fourth jhāna in an empty dwelling (suññāgāra) … the fourth jhāna in an empty dwelling has been realized by that bhikkhu," there is an offense of wrong conduct (dukkaṭa) for the one so speaking.
