[373] There is no offence (anāpatti): for one who makes others criticize, or who grumbles about, a bhikkhu who by his very nature acts out of desire (chandā), out of hatred, out of delusion, or out of fear; for one who is insane (ummattaka); for the first offender (ādikammika).
