Aññavādakasikkhāpada

[378] There is no offense (anāpatti): if he goes having put it away himself; if he goes having had it put away; if he goes having taken leave; if he goes while it is set out to dry in the sun; if it is held back by someone; in emergencies; for one who is mad; for the first offender (ādikammika).
