[441] There is no offense (anāpatti): for one who speaks of a bhikkhu who in fact (pakatiyā) exhorts for the sake of robes (cīvara), for the sake of almsfood (piṇḍapāta), for the sake of lodgings (senāsana), for the sake of medicinal requisites for the sick (gilānapaccayabhesajjaparikkhāra), for the sake of honor, for the sake of respect, for the sake of esteem, for the sake of homage, or for the sake of veneration; for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammika).
The fourth training rule is finished.
