[455] There is no offense (anāpatti): if it is on an occasion [when it is allowable] (samaye); if they go without having made an arrangement; if the bhikkhunī makes the arrangement but the bhikkhu does not make the arrangement; if they go at other than the arranged time (visaṅketa); in emergencies (āpadāsu); for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammika).
