[661] There is no offense: if he goes without having made an arrangement; if the woman (mātugāma) makes the arrangement but the bhikkhu does not make the arrangement; if he goes contrary to the arrangement (visaṅketa); in emergencies; if the bhikkhu is insane; if he is the first offender.
