[460] There is no offence (anāpatti): when it is for crossing directly to the other shore; when they board without having made an arrangement; when the bhikkhunī makes the arrangement but the bhikkhu does not make the arrangement; when they board by a missed appointment (visaṅketa); in emergencies (āpadā); for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammika).
