[469]* There is no offense: if some perceptive man is present as a second; if the bhikkhu stands and does not sit; if he is not seeking privacy; if he sits with his attention directed elsewhere²; if the bhikkhu is insane; if he is the first offender.
The tenth training rule is concluded.
