[52] There is no offense (anāpatti): when [she] is a relative; when it is an exchange — [exchanging] what is valuable for what is of little value, or what is of little value for what is valuable; when the bhikkhu takes it on trust (vissāsa); when he takes it as a temporary loan (tāvakālika); when he takes another requisite (parikkhāra) apart from a robe; [when taking it] from a female probationer (sikkhamānā); from a female novice (sāmaṇerī); if he is insane; if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
The Fifth Training Rule (sikkhāpada) is concluded.
