Daraṅasaabathāmalavabaññatsikkhābada

[446] There is no offense: if she is a relative (ñātikā); in an exchange (pārivaṭṭaka) — exchanging something of great value for something of small value, or something of small value for something of great value; if the bhikkhunī takes it on trust; if she takes it as a temporary loan; if he gives another requisite except a robe; if he gives to a sikkhamānā (a probationer); if he gives to a sāmaṇerī (a female novice); if he is insane; if he is the first offender.
