[590] When, in the water, it is not sporting (ahassadhamma), and he perceives it as sporting, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When, in the water, it is not sporting, and he is in doubt, there is an offense of wrong-doing. When, in the water, it is not sporting, and he perceives it as not sporting, there is no offense.
