[625] When [the robe] has not been withdrawn (apaccuddhāra), perceiving it as not withdrawn, he uses it: an offence (āpatti) entailing expiation (pācittiya). When it has not been withdrawn, being in doubt, he uses it: an offence entailing expiation. When it has not been withdrawn, perceiving it as withdrawn, he uses it: an offence entailing expiation. If he determines it (adhiṭṭheti) or gives it away (vissajjeti): an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When it has been withdrawn, perceiving it as not withdrawn: an offence of wrong-doing. When it has been withdrawn, being in doubt: an offence of wrong-doing. When it has been withdrawn, perceiving it as withdrawn: no offence.
