[672] There is no offense (anāpatti): if he knows, "He is not suspended (anukkhitto)"; if he knows, "He was suspended (ukkhitto) but has been reinstated (osārito)"; if he knows, "He was suspended but has relinquished that view"; if the bhikkhu is insane; if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
