[198] Bhikkhus, in a well-proclaimed (svākkhāta) Dhamma and Discipline (dhammavinaya), moderation is to be known by the recipient (paṭiggāhaka), not by the giver (dāyaka). For what reason? Because, bhikkhus, the Dhamma is well proclaimed.
