[197] Bhikkhus, in a badly expounded Dhamma and Discipline (durakkhāte dhammavinaye), it is the donor (dāyaka) who should know moderation (mattā), not the recipient (paṭiggāhaka). For what reason? Because, bhikkhus, the Dhamma is badly expounded.
