[267] Bhikkhus, there are these two fools. Which two? One who does not see a transgression as a transgression, and one who, when another is confessing a transgression, does not accept it in accordance with the Dhamma. These, bhikkhus, are the two fools. Bhikkhus, there are these two wise persons. Which two? One who sees a transgression as a transgression, and one who, when another is confessing a transgression, accepts it in accordance with the Dhamma. These, bhikkhus, are the two wise persons.
