[295] Bhikkhus, there are these two assemblies. What two? The unrighteous (adhammikā) assembly and the righteous (dhammikā) assembly. … These, bhikkhus, are the two assemblies. Of these two assemblies, bhikkhus, this is the foremost, namely, the righteous assembly.
