Dutiyapaṇṇāsaka

[310] Bhikkhus, there are these two kinds of happiness (sukha). What two? The happiness of sensual pleasures (kāmasukha) and the happiness of renunciation (nekkhammasukha). These, bhikkhus, are the two kinds of happiness. Of these two kinds of happiness, bhikkhus, this is the foremost: namely, the happiness of renunciation.
